Cardio Workout Equipment

The Wellness Center administrative office is located at the east entrance of the Student Activities Center. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Information concerning facility hours, special events, and rental information is available by calling the Wellness Center at 620-629-2672.
Weight Machines WELLNESS CENTER
The Wellness Center offers the latest in exercise equipment such as 2 Life Fitness and 3 Quinton TM Treadmills, 6 Bicycles, 4 Stair Climbers, 2 Free Runners, 1 Stepmill, all by Stairmaster.
  15 APEX selectorized strength machines, located in the Wellness Center, develop muscular endurance and strength. A walking track encircles the facility to provide climate-controlled cardiovascular workouts.
Pool

NATATORIUM
The college has a six lane, 75 foot swimming pool, which is five feet deep at the shallow end and has a 13 foot dive well. This facility is maintained by a scantrol computerized system that regulates the water quality. Temperature of the pool is kept at 86 degrees for the arthritic classes that are held through the physical education program. Many classes are offered that utilized the natatorium such as: beginning swimming, scuba diving and aquarobics.

Medicine Balls		 UPSTAIRS WEIGHT ROOM
In the spring of 2004, SCCC completed this new weight room specifically for community members to utilize.12 pieces of PROSTAR equipment, medicine balls and new ergo handle dumbells complete this wonderful room.
